Highlights on a car

Here’s an idea. 

Some gas company (e.g. Chevron) should put fancy lights in their gas station. Design it so that the cars underneath, while filling up gas, could look sparkling with magnificent highlights. I’d at least try it once to see my car at its best. At the very least, it would encourage me to wash my car. Of course you’d only get the effect during the night.
